We had a woman's voice for all the meteorological data. Why not have a woman's voice for the site name? So the plan was to find someone local at every site and have her record the site name for us. For Base Sucre, we had Tomás González from INAC (the tall guy) find someone he knew. Tomás works with Lt. Col. Rolando Esser who is managing this project.
