The "Hotel Amazonas" where I stayed in Puerto Ayacucho. All the rooms are right off the lobby, so if someone is sitting in a chair talking, you don't sleep. There's also a nightclub in the hotel that has a party every week that lasts until 4AM. There's no sleeping through that either. When you do get up, there's no hot water.
However, the people are friendly, the place looks great, and the air-conditioning is awesome.
