Jose tells me there's a Black Box office in Santiago. I love Black Box and we order lots of rack stuff from them! This is great! Unfortunately we discover that the local place here has nothing in stock and is basically just a catalog store. Their prices are also about four times what we would pay if we ordered direct from blackbox.com.

In the end, we decide to let the guys in the factory get what we need and ship it to us.
