Here we are at the "tank". You can't see it. It's at the far right in this picture. If you walk there, you can lean over and see some of the water. Likewise, if you climb up the rock hill on the left, you can walk out on the ledge and look down into the water.

Yes, there's water there, but it's not entirely clear how to get to the water without falling in it.
